Sampling Valve

APPLICATIONS
Sterile sampling valves must be sterilized before and after each sampling operation (SIP). The material is sealed by diaphragm directly, sterilization without dead corner is more thorough,continuous and aseptic sampling is carried out at any time. It is widely used in liquor making, beverage, dairy food and biomedicine industry.

Operating Principles
Sampling:
Before sampling, turn the handle (adjustable valve)or switch the actuator (open/close valve)to open the valve. The shaft core and diaphragm piece are opened so that the fluid can pass through.
Valve closing: sterilization treatment
Operate the actuator backwards to close the valve and keep the passage between the two hoses open for sterilization(SIP)operation again.
