Extracing Tank

This extracting tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves, or make medicine from herbal medicine.
All the tank wall is made of high quality SUS304-2B or 316L stainless steel, the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation and was made out of new procedures this tank can use steam to heat the product inside with steam or hot water inside the dimple pad; the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the centre, other standard attachments such as: airtight manhole, high and low level probe,temperaturesensor, the extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet dregs arealso discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product; the top cover is elliptical type and bottom base is of conical types Pneumatic discharge device can be added according to the customer.
